Founder

The Founder (s) is the Individual (s) with the idea of creating this Start-up. He uses his own skills and knowledge in building this from scratch. He assume all risks associated with the venture and uses his own capital to establish the Start-up.

The Founder is the CEO and claims the ownership of the Start-up. A founder has the role of SUPER ADMIN.

Responsibilities

  • Must be involved in the beginning stages of the start-up.
  • Find resources to establish and execute the start-up business venture.
  • Responsible for securing the funds needed to run the start-up by meeting with investors or securing loans from a financial institution.
  • Complete the initial marketing and operations setup.
  • Determining the brand persona and establishing a workspace.
  • Recruit others to handle specific tasks outside of their own expertise and skill set.
  • Take on the task of hiring the first group of employees to set up and run the start-up.
  • Be among the team that'll set the initial vision for the start-up and should stay involved in the day-to-day operations of the start-up even after it becomes an established venture.
  • Make final decisions.

Co-founder

The co-founder is a member of the executive team who played a role in the founding of this start-up. The co-founder typically works with the founder (s) to create and launch the start-up. The co-founder is a highly skilled individual who has an active part in this start-up after it's founded. he/she is someone who helps lead the business and generates ideas for the stat-up's future.

The co-founder will have an executive rank in the start-up. A co-founder will have a role of a SUPER ADMIN. A co-founder is answerable to the founder.

Administrator

The administrator holds authority over the platform. He/she make changes to the website, Host's live sessions, keep track records of the platform's reports that includes the "overview", "sales", "Bandwidth and usage", "school activity",  and  "transactions". He is the overseer of platform.

The super admin account is the account with highest authority on creademy, and the sub-admin account holds partial authority and can only be created by the super admin.

Super Admin

  • Will be granted complete access.
  • Will have access to the super admin dashboard
  • Can oversee and make changes in the website.
  • Can add sub-admins, Instructors, Affiliates, and learners.
  • Can create courses and host live sessions in the platform.
  • Gain access to the asset library.
  • Create targeted campaigns within the platform
  • Create promo codes.
  • Approve and decline assignments
  • Approve and decline reviews/ratings

Sub-Admin

  • Viewing access to learner's information.
  • Access to learner's course progress, change expiry date. Access to edit learner's info compulsory for this responsibility.
  • Access to learner's initiated, success and failed transactions.
  • Access to enroll learners in any course
  • Can add, delete, reply, hide or pin posts in public forum.
  • Can view live tests reports.
  • Can view live class reports.
  • Can view instructors.
  • Can view affiliates.
  • Can create, edit and delete courses.
  • Can manage live classes.
  • Can manage assignments.
  • Can manage live tests.
  • Can manage quiz reviews.

instructor

Instructors are users who have course-wise access to our online course platform. An instructor account is created by the admin. Instructors are authorized to view and manage the ‘Course Builder’ and ‘Sales Dashboard’ sections of their assigned courses.

The Instructor account can be created by both the super admin and sub-admin.

Permissions

  • Ask for approval for published courses.
  • Access of live recordings.
  • Access to live test reports.
  • Access to live class reports.
  • Access to Learner Details.
  • Access to download quiz/live tests.

Affiliate

An affiliate on creademy, promotes courses and get commissions per each sale he/she makes. All affiliates gets a unique customized link. Your sales count reflects on your affiliate dashboard, whenever someone successfully makes a purchase using your customized link It will reflects on your profile. There you can keep track of your earnings.

Everyone can apply to be an affiliate on creademy. Course instructors can recruit affiliates on their courses. You get paid your earnings at the end of each week.
